We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Feature Analyst to join our clients team. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers and Testers to translate business requirements into actionable, technically-informed feature specifications. You will leverage Python and Data Fabrics to automate processes, validate data and ensure features meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for new features or enhancements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and QA to ensure clear understanding of features.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Python and Data Fabrics.
• Develop SQL queries and utilise APIs to support feature testing and validation.
• Validate delivered features against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical review sessions.
• Identify potential technical or process risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in a Feature Analyst role.
• Strong technical awareness: Python, SQL, APIs, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Desirable / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Data Fabrics or similar data integration/automation platforms.
• Experience with Data Analytics, ETL processes, or BI tools.
• Prior exposure to Cloud-based SaaS products.
• Knowledge of CI/CD or DevOps workflows.
